Michael Langman named Vice President of Commercial Aerospace and Defense Sales and Business Development at SparkCognition

Michael Langman, a seasoned executive with diverse experience in the commercial aerospace and defense industry, has recently joined SparkCognition as Vice President of Commercial Aerospace & Defense Sales and Business Development. Langman previously held the position of Vice President of Strategy, Sales and Business Development for SparkCognition’s Government Systems business.

Throughout his career, Langman has gained extensive experience in various roles within the industry. He began his career at Rockwell Collins as a Corporate Development/M&A Executive before moving on to become a Managing Director at The McLean Group. Langman later served as Senior Director of Corporate Business Development at Thales’ U.S. business arm before joining SparkCognition Government Systems as Vice President.

In addition to his corporate experience, Langman also served in the U.S. Army for five years, reaching the rank of Captain before transitioning to the business sector. His diverse background and experience make him a valuable addition to the SparkCognition team, where he will be responsible for driving sales and business development initiatives across the company’s commercial aerospace and defense businesses.
