Alma Media completes negotiations on changes – workforce will be reduced by 28 staff years.

After months of negotiations, Alma Media’s centralized advertising sales and digital advertising development organization has finalized its changes, resulting in a reduction of 28 personnel years. While the majority of reductions were achieved through separation agreements, eight people were able to find new positions due to job description changes. Initially, a maximum reduction of 38 person-years was announced at the start of the negotiations.

The negotiations impacted the entire operation of Alma Media solutions, with the exception of Netello. The reductions targeted various personnel groups within Alma Media solutions and included reorganization, changes to work processes, and the adoption of automation to enhance operational efficiency.
