Avery Carlson has been a standout player for the Wabasso Rabbits softball team during her senior year, excelling both at the plate and on the pitcher’s mound. Her favorite high school game so far was the section championship game last year against Edgerton, even though they came up short. She described the atmosphere as incredibly energetic and memorable.
In addition to her passion for sports, Avery enjoys baking and decorating cakes. She even has her own baking business called Ave’s Cakes, which can be found on Instagram at aves.cakes11. When asked about her favorite food, she quickly responded with “pizza.”
Avery’s musical tastes lean towards Taylor Swift, and when it comes to her favorite movie, she chose The Sandlot. Her versatility and talents both on and off the field make her a key player for the Wabasso Rabbits softball team.
