On Saturday, May 4, thousands of people worldwide will come together to celebrate the 15th Annual World Labyrinth Day. The event aims to promote peace and unity through a global observance that encourages participants to walk a labyrinth at 1 pm in their local time zone.
Trinity Episcopal Church in Newtown is hosting an event at its labyrinth located behind the church near the gazebo. To access the labyrinth, attendees can use the church’s shared driveway with Newtown Hook & Ladder at 12 Church Hill Road. The entrance to the labyrinth is from the northern end of the parking lot.
The goal of this international observance is to create a wave of unified healing energy around the world. People are invited to join Trinity Episcopal Church for this special occasion, which takes place in the afternoon.
