The Wichita County Public Health is thrilled to host their first Public Health Fair since 2019. Karel Davis joined us in the studio today to discuss the event, which promises to be an exciting day of education, activities, and giveaways for all ages.
There will be over forty community partners participating in the fair, including animal services who will waive adoption fees and offer free microchipping for Wichita Falls residents. In addition to the various organizations, there will be games, scavenger hunts, and other fun activities for attendees to enjoy. The theme for this year’s fair is Super Heroes, Super Health, so everyone is encouraged to come dressed as their favorite superhero.
The fair will take place on April 4 from 3 to 6 p.m. at 1700 3rd street, across from the waterfalls. This event is completely free and open to the public, so whether you’re young or old, make sure to bring the whole family for a day of entertainment and education. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to learn about health and wellness in a fun and interactive way. Copyright 2024 KAUZ. All rights reserved.
