Berlin High School Celebrates Young Science Prodigies

The science department at Berlin High School recently recognized students who achieved top scores on a standardized science test. One student, Justin LoPresto, even scored a perfect on the exam. The test administered was the Next Generation Science Standards assessment, a statewide standardized test for students in grades 5, 8, and 11.

In April, BHS hosted a special awards ceremony to celebrate the students who performed exceptionally well on the test. The school commended these students for their hard work, dedication, perseverance, and commitment to excellence. It is a testament to their skills and efforts that they were able to achieve such high scores on the exam.

The school is proud of their accomplishments and is excited to see what the future holds for these bright students. These seniors took the exam when they were juniors in 2023 and have been recognized for their exceptional performance on this statewide standardized test.
