Science is Celebrated this June with ‘A Tail of Discovery’

The DoSeum in San Antonio is set to open its newest hands-on exhibition, “Dogs!: A Science Tail,” this June, inviting all dog lovers to explore the science behind dogs and their special connection with humans. The interactive displays will allow visitors to learn about sounds that only dogs can perceive, the difference between dog and wolf fossils, and the role of pets in different communities.

The exhibit will also feature a dog-themed Jeopardy! game and insights into various careers specializing in dogs. DoSeum CEO Dan Menelly expressed excitement for young learners to engage with animal behavior through the range of experiences presented in “Dogs!: A Science Tail.”

Visitors can experience the fascinating world of dogs from June 1 to September 2, giving them ample opportunity to deepen their understanding of our canine companions and explore the science behind our special bond with them. Keep an eye on the DoSeum’s Instagram and website for more information and updates on upcoming “Park Pup-Ups” throughout San Antonio. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to learn about the incredible world of dogs!
