Eagles and Parris Campbell finalize deal

Wide receiver Parris Campbell will be joining running back Saquon Barkley on the short trip from the Giants to the Eagles for the 2024 season. According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, Campbell has agreed to terms on a one-year deal with the Giants’ divisional rivals.

Campbell, a 2019 second-round pick of the Colts, had previously joined the Giants on a one-year deal for the 2023 season. Despite appearing in 12 games, he only saw 207 offensive snaps and finished the year with just 20 catches for 104 yards. The addition of Campbell to the Eagles roster adds depth to their receiving corps, which already includes DeVante Parker.

Both Campbell and Parker will compete for playing time alongside A.J. Brown and Devonta Smith this season. The Eagles are looking to strengthen their offense with these veteran additions as they prepare for the upcoming season.
