During her time at Florida Blue from February 2007 to July 2019, she held the position of senior program manager for stop loss and reinsurance. In this role, Frink provided leadership in developing, launching, and operating profitable stop loss and reinsurance administration through a partnership model. She also played a key role in developing and implementing growth and retention strategies with measurable impact.
