Discover the new business moving to I-10/Siegen Lane

M&L Industries, a leading industrial equipment provider based in Houma, has announced plans to expand its operations in Baton Rouge and relocate to a more prominent location. The company’s owner, Steven Marmande, shared that the dealership will move into a new 47,000 square feet building near the intersection of Interstate 10 and Siegen Lane by July. This new location is about double the size of M&L’s current facility on Airline Highway.

With 23 employees currently working in Baton Rouge, Marmande mentioned that the company plans to hire between 5 to 8 additional workers with this move. M&L specializes in selling, renting, and servicing tractors and forklifts. Faulk & Meek has been chosen as the general contractor for the project.
