Wolverine World Wide, Inc., a leading footwear and apparel brand company, has appointed Taryn Miller as its new chief financial officer. She will be taking over the role from Michael D. Stornant, who is retiring after nearly three decades with the company. With more than 25 years of financial experience under her belt, Miller will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the position.
Miller’s most recent role was as VP of corporate and commercial finance at Corteva Agriscience, an international agriculture company. Prior to that, she served as the CFO of global business units, enterprise FP&A, and investor relations at Kimberly-Clark Corporation. She has also held various financial leadership roles at Kraft Heinz Company, including as CFO and VP of Finance at Kraft Heinz Canada Inc.
Chris Hufnagel, the company’s president and CEO, expressed his excitement about Miller joining the executive team. He noted her extensive financial experience and leadership qualities. The company is grateful for Stornant’s contributions over his nearly three decades of service in various senior roles.
Wolverine World Wide is based in Rockford, Michigan and includes popular brands like Merrell, Saucony, Hush Puppies and Wolverine in its portfolio. The company is also the global footwear licensee for brands such as Cat and Harley-Davidson.
