New Vice President of Operations announced at SSM Health in Mid-Missouri

Justin Morley, who has five years of experience serving as the vice president of operations at the SSM Health System office, has been named the new vice president of operations at St. Mary’s Hospital-Jefferson City. Morley is taking over the position following the retirement of Becky Miller last year.

During his time at the system office, Morley played a key role in shaping and implementing SSM Health’s Operating Model. He also founded the concept behind the company’s Clinical Recruitment Team. According to a news release, Morley expressed his passion for hospital operations, noting that his career began in supply chain management. He emphasized his love for the connection between the work carried out within hospitals and the impact it has on patients and communities.

Morley expressed his excitement about working alongside the dedicated caregivers at St. Mary’s Hospital, emphasizing the institution’s rich history of providing care to those in need.
