Nicklaus Children’s Health System, the parent organization of Nicklaus Children’s Hospital, recently achieved an upgraded AA- bond rating with a Stable outlook from Fitch Ratings and a reaffirmed A rating with an improved Positive outlook from Standard and Poor’s. This reflects the organization’s commitment to enhancing pediatric care leadership in the region.
The health system, consisting of a nonprofit 307-bed freestanding children’s hospital and a network of pediatric outpatient centers across South Florida, has been recognized by rating agencies for its increasing market share, expanding ambulatory services, and growing hospital affiliations in the region.
