Rowland officially joins Charleston Southern: News, Sports, Jobs

Randolph senior Talon Rowland has officially committed to attending Charleston Southern University on a track & field scholarship. Surrounded by his family and coaches, he recently signed his national letter of intent, marking a significant milestone in his athletic career. Nick Abdo, Talon’s sprinting coach, and Shawn Huntington, Randolph’s athletic director, were among those present at the signing.

Talon’s decision to join the Buccaneers comes after years of hard work and dedication to the sport. He will be joining Charleston Southern University’s track & field team under the guidance of coach Sean Ode. The Randolph community is proud of Talon’s accomplishment and wishes him the best of luck in his future endeavors at the collegiate level.
