The K8 Sports HS Scoreboard on April 18, 2024 featured several exciting games in baseball and softball. In baseball, Gosnell emerged victorious over Rivercrest to claim the 3A-3 regular season title. Meanwhile, Greene County Tech defeated Brookland 10-0, Melbourne beat Cave City 8-3, and Marked Tree triumphed over Maynard 11-1.
In softball, Gosnell secured wins against Rector and Pocahontas, while Corning defeated Marmaduke, Piggott bested Manila, and Walnut Ridge and Tuckerman also had successful outings. Additionally, Marion achieved a 6-0 win over Wynne, Izard County’s 16-1 victory against Yellville-Summit, Salem’s 2-1 win over Melbourne, Cotter’s 8-1 victory over Calico Rock, and McCrory’s commanding 17-0 win against Conway Christian.
