Our communities’ health and wellness depend on the philanthropy of our donors. Thanks to their support, WellSpan is able to provide exceptional care for all by funding facility upgrades, new equipment, education programs, community outreach initiatives, and financial resources for our patients.
WellSpan has achieved significant milestones thanks to the generosity of its donors. For example, $5.7 million was raised for the newly renovated WellSpan York Cancer Center, $100,300 was provided to 75 patients and their families through the Adams County Cancer Patient Help Fund, and $96,000 in scholarships were awarded to 31 local students pursuing their Registered Nursing degrees.
In addition to individual and organizational donors, WellSpan employees contribute to a culture of giving through the annual iGive employee campaign. Over the past three years, they have raised more than $3.5 million to support the health and well-being of our community through their personal donations.
