Sports schedule in Marin for Monday and Tuesday

Local sports enthusiasts have a lot to look forward to this week, with a variety of high school competitions taking place throughout the day. On Monday, there will be a prep baseball game between Terra Linda and Branson at 4:30 p.m. at the College of Marin, as well as boys golf teams competing in the NCS D-II tournament at Peacock Gap.

For softball fans, there will be a game between Mt. Diablo and San Rafael at 4:30 p.m. at San Rafael High School, while boys tennis players will be in action with the NCS D-II singles and doubles tournament taking place at Golden Gate Park.

Looking ahead to Tuesday, May 7th, there are several exciting matchups to follow, including Marin Catholic playing against Redwood in the MCAL baseball semifinals at 4:30 p.m., Novato versus San Marin in the boys lacrosse NCS D-I competition, and Marin Catholic versus Redwood in the girls lacrosse NCS D-I tournament.

In addition to these games, there will be several NCS matches happening in boys tennis, including Heritage against Redwood, Marin Academy versus Arcata, Middletown versus Branson, San Domenico against Head-Royce and Marin Catholic against Piedmont. With so many sports and schools involved over the next few days, local sports fans are sure to have plenty of exciting matchups to follow!
