Tom Stoltman has claimed his third title as the “World’s Strongest Man” in four years after winning the 2024 competition. His victory was nearly wire-to-wire in the finals, as he sealed the win on Sunday by dominating in his signature event, the Atlas Stones. With this win, Stoltman now shares the title of third on the all-time winners list of the WSM with American Bill Kazmaeir (1980, 1981, 1982).
Evan Singleton, the highest-placing American in the event, finished in third place overall. Singleton was the only American to make it to the finals this year and was also tied for second place last year when he finished fourth. Meanwhile, Luke Stoltman, Tom’s brother, finished in ninth place shortly after winning Europe’s Strongest Man.
Stoltman consistently placed no lower than third in any of the six events held over two days and tied for first place on day one in both Max Axle and Keg Toss events. Mitchell Hooper, who is defending champion from 2023 and a fellow American, finished second with 53 total points but was unable to stop Stoltman from securing another title.
