The transition to NFC passbook will begin on May 5th during the match between Valencia CF and Deportivo Alavés. The switch from QR codes to contactless NFC technology will streamline and expedite entry into the stadium. By scanning the circular icon on the contactless reader, fans will gain access to the stadium. This eliminates the need for physical tickets, reducing the risk of loss or theft while ensuring smoother entry at stadium access points.
The physical 2023/24 season tickets are multi-season, valid for the current season and the next two. For those without NFC-enabled devices, the current digital pass also includes a QR code for entry. To download the NFC passbook, fans can access the Member Portal, log in, click on ‘Download Digital Pass’, and follow the instructions provided via email.
It is important to note that only the first entry to the stadium for each game will be accepted, with subsequent attempts not allowed. Fans may be asked for identification at the turnstiles, and resale of tickets to third parties is strictly forbidden. The club reserves the right to deny admission to anyone not abiding by these terms of use.
