Catherine Rogers Named Athlete of the Week by Advantage Federal Credit Union

Catherine Rogers, a senior at Webster Thomas High School, was recognized as the Advantage Federal Credit Union’s Girls Sports Athlete of the Week with over 30,000 votes. In a recent game against Churchville-Chili, Rogers displayed her versatility by scoring in four different ways. She threw a touchdown pass, scored a rushing touchdown, caught a touchdown pass, and also intercepted a pass for a touchdown.

Every week during the spring season, readers can vote for who they believe deserves to be Section V’s best athlete through polls launched on Mondays at democratandchronicle.com. The polls remain open until 8 p.m. on Tuesday, with the winners being announced first on the Rochester Democrat and Chronicle’s Instagram page at instagram.com/dandcsports.
